Project SAFE

Before and After Care will be offered at all elementary schools and After Care will be offered at the Middle School. Before begins at 7:00am at all elementary buildings and after care ends at 5:15pm at all elementary buildings. After Care ends at 5:00pm at the middle school. We offer thematic units, mental health counseling, clubs, snacks, dinner, and homework help.

The Project S.A.F.E. Program begins Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

1. REGISTRATION

• You must register your child EACH year for Project S.A.F.E. before they can attend.
• Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will be held April 6-17, 2026.
• Registration will occur through our online system, Eyelo.
• Please use the following link to register: Project S.A.F.E. Registration
• You will set up a student profile first and then you can access the registration process. After you complete registration, one of our team members will approve the request. Your registration is not finalized until our team approves your request.

If your child is a returning student, you will need to log back into your same Eleyo account and complete the registration information.

2. Students MUST ATTEND A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS PER WEEK.

3. On a 2-hour late start, there will NOT be Before Care. On a 2-hour early release, there will NOT be After Care.
    

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Students are required to attend at least 3 days per week and 1 hour per day.

Before Care

• Students are required to attend at least one hour each morning. Students must be dropped off at before care before 7:30 at Central and before 8:00 at Chieftain, Green, Hocking Hills and UF. 
   

 After Care

• Students are required to attend at least one hour of after care each afternoon. Students must stay in after care until 4:30 at Central and 5:00 at Chieftain, Green, Hocking Hills, and UF. Middle school students must stay until 3:30 each day. 
   

This rule applies to shared parenting situations.

Children in shared parenting situations must attend every week.

4. Every student enrolled in Before Care MUST ATTEND FOR a minimum of ONE HOUR each day they attend.
   Every student enrolled in After Care MUST ATTEND FOR a minimum of ONE HOUR each day they attend.

• (Parent/Guardian is required to physically enter building to sign student(s) In & Out)

5. TUITION - $25 per week, per child, per service, i.e.

• $25 for Before Care and $25 for After Care.
• A credit card will be required at the time of registration regardless of free/reduced lunch status. Please use the credit/debit card that you will use to pay your monthly bill. A credit card is required for fees such as: monthly tuition, late pick up or an unexcused absence for field trips.
   

Late pick-up policy: 
The credit card on file will be charged $1 per min, per student.

6. TAX STATEMENTS - Tax Statements for Tuition Paid in 2025 are available on the Eleyo Website.
