Vaccination Reminder for LHSD Families

As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we want to remind families that students entering grades Kindergarten, 7th, and 12th are required to have certain vaccinations.

Deadline: August 31, 2026

Parents/guardians must provide their school nurse with either:

  • A current immunization record showing all required vaccinations, OR
  • A completed exemption form

Need to get your student vaccinated? The Hocking County Health Department is offering walk-in vaccination clinics Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Please make arrangements as soon as possible to ensure your student is compliant by the August 31 deadline.
