This past Tuesday, March 1, the high school band had the pleasure of working with Dr. Russel Mikkelson, Director of Bands at The Ohio State University. Dr. Mikkelson worked with the students in preparation for their upcoming District Band Contest performance. The band performs at Teays Valley High School at 8:15pm THIS Friday, March 11. Spectators are welcome - and encouraged. What an incredible opportunity for our students to learn from a professional conductor and educator!
