You are invited to our Annual Spring Band Concert (featuring 6-12 grades) next Thursday, April 28 at 7:00pm in the LHS Theater. The HS jazz band will perform pre-concert music beginning at 6:20pm and will feature our very own Mrs. Shelly Riggs singing "Hallelujah I Love Him So"! Admission is $2 for students and $3 for adults. There will be a cookies and punch reception in the cafeteria following the concert to honor our 2022 band seniors.
Our students have worked very hard the past couple of months preparing for this performance and I know they would love to see you there. We have pulled out all the stops for this concert - vacuum cleaners, bucket drumming, trash can lids, metal bowls, a thundersheet, amplified slinky, electronic back track - you don't want to miss it!
Dairy Queen will also be hosting a fundraiser for the band program the same evening as the concert (Thursday, April 28). Please visit DQ before or after the concert (5pm-close) and a percentage of sales will be donated back to the band.
