The LHS Art Department is proud to announce the accomplishments of two of our Senior Art Students and National Art Honor Society Members.
Lilah Bell and Eli Johnson’s artwork was selected from among 2,186 artworks from 75 schools and 26 U.S. states and South Korea.
“The National Art Honor Society is designed specifically for high school students in Grades 9-12. In 1978, NAEA began the National Art Honor Society program to inspire and recognize students who have shown outstanding ability and interest in art. NAHS strives to aid members in attaining the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service, and to bring art education to the attention of the school and community.” (NAHS Release)
