Practice Information
• Practice start goal: 2:45 PM
• Approximate end times: This could vary on the day.
– Sprinters: 4:15 PM
– Throwers: 4:30 PM
– Distance Runners: 4:45 PM
Athletes will enter through the Chieftain Center, change in the locker rooms, and report to the band bleachers
in Chieftain Stadium or meet indoors depending on weather.
Equipment
• Running shoes required
• Spikes and throwing shoes recommended once your event group is known
• Extra spikes are available if needed
Requirements Before Practice
• Current physical on file in the Athletic Office
• All forms completed on Final Forms

Athletes finishing a winter sport may join once their season is complete. Please communicate with the
