The Logan-Hocking Local School District will be disposing of three (3) buses that are no longer needed by the District. The details of the buses are as follows:
2016 Blue Bird Conventional: Capacity: 72-Passenger, Mileage: 182,005 Miles, Condition: Fair, Engine: 6.7 Cummins, Transmission: Allison Automatic , Horsepower: 220HP
2013 Blue Bird Conventional w/ Wheelchair Lift and Securement: Capacity: 54-Passenger, Mileage: 163,650 Miles, Condition: Fair, Engine: 6.7 Cummins, Transmission: Allison Automatic, Horsepower: 220HP
2015 Blue Bird Conventional: Capacity: 72-Passenger, Mileage: 178,186 Miles, Condition: Fair, Engine: 6.7 Cummins, Transmission: Allison Automatic, Horsepower: 220HP
No warranty is written or implied with these buses. Buses will be sold “as is”.
We invite you to view the buses on June 25, 2025, and June 30, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the District Transportation Facility, located at 13483 Maysville Williams Rd, Logan, OH 43138. Sealed bids, clearly marked “Bus Bid”, will be accepted in the Treasurer’s office, Attn: Cindy Cook, until noon on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Bids should include the complete description of the bus you’re interested in, your bid amount, and the name, address, and phone number of the person submitting the bid. Bids will be opened on Monday, July 7, 2025, at noon.
The Board of Education reserves the right to refuse or reject all bids.
Successful bidders will be notified and have fourteen (14) days to reduce their bid to cash or a bank cashier’s check.
